This is the unstoppable “old” man Steve Maxwell, demonstrating one of the most interesting kettlebell lifts, in my opinion: the kettlebell bent press.
The bent press doesn’t really feel like a press. After essentially setting it back there on your lat, you dip underneath it, falling away while the bell stays in the same place.
Then, when your elbow is locked, or very close to it, you stand, supporting the weight overhead.
If you’re not familiar with Steve Maxwell, I highly recommend checking out some of his other videos. He jokes a lot about his age, but he always impresses me.

Boy, he makes it look very smooth. I always feel really awkward when I try to do a bent press. My body doesn’t really “like” the feeling of that movement, though I’ve been told that it’s very productive, if you train yourself to do it properly.
