One Legged Squat

The one legged squat, or “pistol” as Pavel Tsatsouline calls it. This is a movement that looks incredibly difficult, but it’s all about practice. I’m 6’8″ and got so I could do pistols with a 24kg kettlebell held in front of me.

Working the progressions is the key. Move within whatever ROM you can and be consistent.
