Egg Protein – Have You Tried The Liquid Whites?

I love eggs and I eat a lot of protein, but I’m not able to just sit down and eat a dozen of them. By the third or fourth, flavor fatigue is setting in with a vengeance, no matter how determined I am. So I don’t get as much egg protein as a lot of guys I know.

The other day I happened to stumble across this site advertising liquid egg whites. Have any of you ever tried them? I’m guessing that the pasteurization process is the same, and that just drinking them is probably not the smartest thing to do.

It does look convenient, but I’m not sure I’m ready to experiment with it yet.

Josh a couple of years ago i ordered from this company. I cooked them and drank them. They were good, but expensive to ship. You should try all whites at your grocery store before you order these,just to make sure you like them. I would drink them mixed with cranberry juice. They were not bad at all. Hope this helps.

Josh I have drank tons of whole eggs and never got sick. I usually have 6 whole eggs with blueberries, chocolate sweetner and protein powder mixed in the magic bullet. I get good eggs from a farm.

Anything related to drinking eggs gives me the willies, frankly. That (and iffy reflexes, and not liking to get punched), dissuaded me from being a boxer. I watched Rocky and the egg drinking bit was not something I could get behind. I’ve found that the simple whey protein from EAS works just fine for my purposes.
