So, I played the World’s Strongest Man Game

Mariusz Pudzianowski

Come on, tell me you wouldn't like to see this on a game board

Here is my very brief review of The World’s Strongest Man Game, which you can play during your travels on the interwebs. But will it turn you into the buffest man in the world?

When I heard that there was a game I was sort of hoping it would be a board game. I don’t know why but the thought of that just delighted me. Maybe it’s the idea of having a bunch of pewter strongmen like Mariusz Pudzianowski marching around a little square on the kitchen table.

Anyway, I suspect it would still be more fun than the online game, which is just a button masher.

But if any of you are board game developers, consider me a future buyer.

In Japan, they have home console game versions of “Kinniku Banzuke” (Muscle Ranking) for Nintendo and Sony game systems. The show “Sasuke” comes from this television series in Japan. Not the “World’s Strongest Man” exactly – more like old-school “Track & Field” video games.
