This is from my friend Logan over at Legendarystrength.com. If you’re going to try juggling, start very slowly and use light kettlebells. Kb juggling is a lot of fun, but I get more out of it when I do it for fun and don’t think about it as exercise.
Meaning: I’d prefer to show off with the moves, not the weight. I still don’t juggle with anything heavier than a 16 kg bell.
