7 Ways To Squat With Kettlebells

This is Eric J. Moss demonstrating some different ways to perform kettlebell squats. Don’t get hung up on which one is right or wrong. Experiment with them all, if kb squatting is a goal of yours, and determine which one you’re responding best to.

Don’t get hung up on the more complicated variations. Keep in mind that a squat is a very simple movement. You squat down and you stand back up. Point A to Point B. And you hold onto a Russian kettlebell or two in this instance.

But don’t get me wrong, Eric is very strong and deserves a lot of respect.
